Four Star Plastics offers weather-resistant, tamperproof, custom poly mailers for a wide variety of mailing and shipping applications.
These poly mailer bags have a white exterior and a silver interior, and typically feature a self-sealing adhesive closure; other options are available upon request. Perforations can be provided below the tape closure, if needed. We also offer returnable poly mailers that feature a tear strip and a second adhesive strip for say returns. We can also produce custom-printed poly mailers featuring your business name, logo, or most any other design.
Made from durable, opaque materials, our poly mailers will protect your goods from moisture and the elements and provide confidentiality for recipients. Poly mailing bags are typically made with 2.5 mil material for puncture- and tear-resistance; other gauges are available upon request.
